Traditionally, PET food packaging was manufactured using a combination of virgin PET polymer and recycled PET material. The virgin PET polymer was used in the outer layers of the packaging for food safety purposes, ensuring the food did not meet the recycled PET material.

There is virtually no limit to your options for adding colour to your packaging, with the full range of pantone colours available. Working closely with our customers and masterbatch suppliers, we offer a precise colour matching service, ensuring the exact colour match for your needs and our state of the art extrusion equipment ensures consistency of colour throughout every production run.

100% Certified Recyclable

Manufactured using the patented vacurema skin recycling system from EREMA to produce 100% recycled PET material. Orbital is fully suitable for food packaging applications certified by the European Food Safety Authority. Complimentary to the Vacurema recycling system, we have also invested in IV testing technology, which allows us to constantly monitor and test the strength of our sheet, ensuring there is no compromise on product quality.

Our food packaging solution produced using 100% recycled PET material, eliminating the non-recycled plastic found in the majority of PET food packaging. Orbital is certified by the European Food Safety Authority as fully suitable for food packaging applications.
